I came across Rapp motor garage recently when my car broke down and I needed to tow it to the nearest mechanic - one that specialised in BMWs. After a bit of scepticism from not knowing what I could be in for, I’m so thankful and glad that I found this place. After having a thorough inspection of the car, Tilly was able to not only identify the problem and clearly explain to me what needed to be done, he was also happy to show me in person - therefore easing any doubts I had. Having no idea about what I’d be looking at, my partner went instead. He was satisfied with his explanation and remarked how knowledgeable and thorough Tilly was when he spoke to him about the issues. It wasn’t an easy fix and it took almost a week (needed a new radiator then some other problems arose). But the problems were caused from not getting it serviced regularly and sometimes going to a general mechanic that didn’t specialise in BMWs (Oops!). I now know better! Tilly was respectful, knowledgeable and took the time and care needed to fix my car. He even went above and beyond working after hours so I could get it back as soon as possible and gave me great little tips on how to properly maintain the car at home. I am happy to have finally found a mechanic that I can trust and highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back!
